How far off are the two reports?

From the stuff I scanned - not majorly far off. Maybe 2-5ppm for the few things I quickly checked. I'm still waiting to see if I can get another updated report before I start analyzing.

So I just checked and putting in the new water profile only affected my RA by 1 or 3 depending on the recipes I tried it out on.

That's definitely not enough to worry about. You could run two tests on the same water sample and get a bigger variation in results.Pick either one or take the average. It won't matter.
