Just cracked this keg last night and it really came out spectacular.  I figured I might as well post the recipe so you drunkies can give it a try.  :)

 

 

Note the 3.3 gallon batch size.

 

This was a pseudo-no sparge.  I just dumped a gallon of water on top of the mash as I was running off to get to my pre-boil volume.

Looks good and a lot like the version I make. I really like a Rye pale ale.

Nice and simple, I like it.  The NB is interesting in the DH, were you able to pick it out?

It was a bit of a kitchen sink dry hop.  I'd probably go with straight amarillo in the future, but I had a couple of grams of NB that needed a home.  I'll have to see if i can get the NB next time I have a pint.
