I have had mine since 1996 (a geared one,the 26th one made that year- bought it off Compuserve, for those of you that can remember those dark days of surfing...) and it has served me extremely well. Absolutely ZERO complaints with the JSP. I am actually just getting ready to motorize mine this weekend after all this time... I have the motor, pulleys, bar stock, key stock, pillow blocks, and just finished the cabinet that it'll sit on... the 3/8 inch drill I have used over the last dozen or so years has served me well, but alas it is time to say goodbye my little friend.
