I am doing baby back ribs for the guys. Got them at Sam's for threefitty a pound. It's a nice 3 full slab blister.
They are all nicely consistent in size, thickness etc.. I love that since I can get a nice consistent cook on em.
Gonna have a couple different sauces from scratch. My thai chilli / honey spicey bbq and an 'attempt' at a NC sauce.
Any simple ideas on that NC Sauce?
Probably knock out a couple cans of spam burnt ends too.
