Making a clone of this today. I've made it before and it turned out really close to the real beer. Adding a little more hops this go around. I talked about this beer in the past here. Here is the recipe I am using today.

I've never seen a C150.  is it starting to get chocolate like or anything?

I've never seen a C150. is it starting to get chocolate like or anything?

Well I only used 5.5oz for 10gal. It just made it very orange like color.

oh - I meant is the crystal starting to get chocolate malt like, not the beer.  I agree that at that level you could use a lot of different things and not impart too much flavor.

sounds like another good use of it.  mmmm - American amber....

 

I need to make some of that.  heavily hopped with willy and cent/cascade.

I have some C150 I've been wanting to use on something.  I haven't figured out what yet.
