Oktoberfest!
Since my german lager came out so well, I think it's time to try an Oktoberfest. Yes i know they are traditionally brewed in spring for the fall, but this is modern science baby! I can knock this thing out in a month easily, but I need to schedule it. I have some other beers to make too and only so much room in the fridge.

31.5% Weyermann Munich 9L
26.5% Weyermann Vienna
7% Caramunich III
20 IBU Nugget - 60 min
5.5 IBU Hallertau - 20 min
Mash @ 151
Yeast - 2124 Bohemian Lager
I'll have to brew this one in a couple weeks.
