So on Saturday everything on brew-day didn't go according to plan being that my brew-buddy was freakin two hours late!! :lol:So I sanitized a couple of cases of bottles, but didn't get the time to bottle my imperial stout yet. I have them upside down in their cases this whole time. How long do you think it is safe to just use them, or should I just plan to re-dip them in sanitizer (Iodophor)?Thanks!

Considering you had them upside-down, I think they're fine. If it were me, I would definitely use them as opposed to sanitizing a few cases again.

I would be nervous about the cleanliness of the carboard in the case, but I would probably use them anyway without re-sanitizing. I'm lazy like that.
