For the first time since late '04 (when I started brewing again) I have nothing fermenting. Kegged 10 gal tonight and both fermenters are empty.Have about 400ml of the best looking slurry I've ever harvested ready to go to work on Thursday though......

I can relate. Weekends I don't brew I feel lost no doubts. Get that yeast back to work for sure. What are you brewing on Thursday? I am reusing some 3068 and brewing my first Roggenbier with 55% Rye on Fri night. Have a great one!!

Probably a to style (BJCP - Cat 6D) American Rye. With Wyeast 1010. Giving myself a little wiggle room in case it doesn't meet my standards. Planning on serving it at my son's (drewseslu) wedding at the end of November. Thought that would be one the crowd would like. I've been playing with this one a bit. The one I just kegged was an over the top version and I did a session version early in the summer. I usually have a RyeIPA in the works but this one interests me.Roggenbier :) !! Last time I judged I was fortunate to have that. Interesting style...

I just had this happen to me too. I had a lot of beer consumed in a short time (parties, etc.) and at one point I looked at my "beer bunker" in the basement and nothing was there. I had some kegs of beer, but you could hear the crickets chirping where my secondaries and primaries were standing. But... I got back on it and brewed each week for 4 or 5 weeks in a row and I'm mashing Bases Loaded Blonde Ale As I type! Cheers!

I also kegged two batches last night and the fermenters are empty. I also have a rye slated next. Get out of my head, DJ! :)
