I had some chicken breasts in the fridge and needed to do something a little different than usual to alleviate boredom. I took the breasts and cut them into "tenders"... long, thin pieces. I threw them into a Ziploc bag and added a bit of sesame oil, soy sauce, teriyaki (this particular brand said it contained pineapple juice), some chopped garlic and sesame seeds. Tossed that around a little and put it into the fridge for a couple hours. I made some Jasmine rice and also some Vigo fried rice (comes in a blue bag) and when that rice was done I added two eggs that I scrambled and some chopped green onion to that. I made a big salad too. Then I grilled the chicken on the Genesis for about 3.5 minutes on each side over about ¾ heat. Outstanding! Everyone in the fam loved the chicken and there were groans when the fried rice was depleted too. I'll have to make 2 bags of it next time. The sesame oil has a great flavor and aroma. The kids said, "Can we make this part of the regular rotation?". Yep!

I'm sure this has an Asian origin to it but I just threw the ingredients together without looking up a recipe. Cheers Beerheads.
