I've only had the beer at Uncle Buck's once. It was just OK. I heard they got a new brewer recently. I don't know if the beer quality is supposed to go up or down as a result.

Drew had their Scottish Ale and I had their biggest Ale, both were loaded with diacetyl. The Oatmeal Stout was fair at best.

I think if I remember correctly diacetyl was the complaint against the old brewer. I haven't heard if the new brewer got that problem licked or not.

The brewer changed really recently. I don't know if the beers on tap are the new ones or the old ones.

Yeah, may have still been the old stuff. They have a huge capacity for holding beer in bright/serving tanks.

When I replaced a brewer, it took 2 months before any of my beer had replaced his on the market, and his kegs were still lingering around at some bars for several months. Plus, there could be equipment flaws that are creating the problem, and the new brewer may not figure out what they are until he eventually takes EVERYTHING apart.
