This is a modified version of a promash recipe that claimed to be the recipe for a B3 ESB. I dont remember what I changed. Bittering hops arent that important, I just used whatever high alpha I had (to save $). Adjust hop quantities to get ~47 IBUs. To date this is probably my favorite of any beer I've made. This keg went WAY too fast.
